PB-EOASIS
While using existing equipment in an operating facility, the AGERO Plant-Based (PB) Edible Oil Advanced Single-Step Integrated System (E-OASIS) process significantly improves the organoleptic properties and longevity of edible oils, going well beyond current industry standards.
To achieve this, AGERO reduces peroxide values near zero, greatly removes FFA (Free Fatty Acids), reduces VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) and anisidine values, diminishes phosphorus amounts while removing organic and inorganic arsenic on top of other metals in a single and simple step. This innovative process can assist the industry by offering greater margins and higher purity, simultaneously.
In terms of scaling, we have done testing at various production scales using several common and carrier type oils. We can make in-house demonstrations with our pilot plant using your oils (>2000 L).
